Queue Management
ACR now allows system administrators to easily share print queues on the Alpha Client. This functionality
allows the admins to easily install new queues on the
users’ desktop.
The users will be able to right click on the Alpha Client to access the Queue Management menu:
Batch Print Utility (BPU)
Batch print utility is part of the ACR Alpha client that allows users to send print jobs to any printer on the network. It is designed to simplify user’s printing needs by queueing multiple files to one or many printing queues and without using a 3rd party app to print those jobs.
Batch print utility supports most printing file formats.
Active Folder Monitoring
ACR Core Accounting Server can monitor folders and detect file name patterns to assign projects to a job. By configuring the server monitoring service IT administrators can setup
folders where project files can be stored and printed from.
These files will be automatically assigned to projects upon
printing them.
Automated Meter
Services
ABC Enterprise Suite offers our customers a Windows Service that runs on each of our servers to collect meter reads from all network devices. This service also collects consumables information as well as specific device settings such as large format click settings, banner page printing settings etc.
Billing Portal Control
