ticket, ACR ensures your processes run smoothly
and efficiently.
Quick Assignment Mode
QAM is an easy and less intrusive way to assign a job to
the last used project. A small dialog will pop up on the
bottom right hand corner of the users’ task bar indicating
there are pending jobs to be assigned.
The user can simply click on the green checkmark to
assign all pending jobs to the last used project or click
on the maximize button to bring up the Alpha Client for
more detailed job assignment. The QAM window fades
away after 5 seconds if unattended.
Alpha Ship It
ACR Alpha Client allows users to create a shipping label
easily by using the Alpha Ship It module without leaving
the Alpha Client.ABC automates and streamlines your print
and delivery by adding FedEx to your existing print services.
Use our Managed Print Services to professionally print your project’s documents and materials, plus track the
costs by project using our proprietary MPS system.
Accounting Integration
ACR Alpha Suite is integrated with Deltek systems to import projects and
users on a configurable schedule.
Projects are imported automatically and
are sent to ABC Imaging Enterprise
system for easy billing reporting.
Dashboard Integration
ABC Help Desk can monitor all assets and issues real
time by using our Enterprise Dashboard to resolve
issues proactively.
EE Dashboard is updated as soon as a server reports a
problem. Dashboard panels can be assigned to individual Help Desk engineer and alerts are sent out to individual team members or groups.
